Challenge

Sony was introducing a new line of memory cards: the G Series, its fastest cards yet, and the M Series, a more affordable option that’s still built for speed. A spec sheet doesn’t make a memory card exciting, so Sony needed to show what that speed actually means to the people who depend on it.

Approach

kissd made the films about the creator, not the card. Each one follows Dylan’s real process as a photographer and content creator on Sony’s Ambassador team: national parks, helicopter flights over downtown LA, and street photography across California. Then it follows the footage itself, from shoot to edit to share, showing one seamless flow when your memory cards work as fast as you do. The G Series film ran globally with heavy promotion on social and YouTube, and the M Series film ran on social.
